How Paddock20 is built

The tech stack.

Five build layers in a fixed order, a 30-tool scoreboard with a number next to every tool, and a six-tier matrix for finding where a business sits. Snapshot of September 26, 2026, from paddock20.com.

What is a tech stack?

A tech stack is the set of tools a product is built with, secured with, hosted on and connected to. Paddock20 keeps its own in five layers, in the same order on every build, and shows every tool with a number beside it. This page carries all of it: the layers, the scoreboard, the matrix and the menu of paddock20.com.

Paddock20 build layers

Five layers.
Same guardrails, build to build.

The tools change. The techniques change. What a client sells, and what their stack looked like on day one, changes too. These five layers don't. Build stack, security, infrastructure, integration, implementation: the order a system gets assembled in, no matter what's underneath it.

  1. 01

    Build stack

    What you use to build

    • ChatGPT

Draw the rough lines. Scope before a single line of code.

    • Claude

Structure the problem. Entity modeling in operator English.

    • v0

Scaffold the UI and three-tier architecture.

    • GitHub

Version control. The handoff between build and deploy.

    • Vercel

Deploy to production instantly. Global edge. Zero config.

    • Neon

Serverless Postgres. Data persists without a DBA.

  2. 02

    Security layer

What locks it down before it goes live

    • Namecheap

Domain registration. Your address on the internet.

    • Cloudflare

DDoS protection, DNS proxy, edge security at the perimeter.

    • Google Cloud

OAuth credentials, service accounts, API key management.

    • Better Auth

Sessions, passwords, OAuth: production auth handled.

    • Resend

      Transactional email. Confirmations, alerts, receipts.

    • Domain Lock

Our own protocol. Every raw .vercel.app preview link redirects to the real domain before a visitor ever lands on it.

  3. 03

    Infrastructure

    What runs the production system

    • Vercel

Serverless functions, cron, middleware, globally distributed.

    • Neon

Branching, autoscaling, point-in-time restore. No babysitting.

    • Cloudflare

Assets cached at the edge. Fast everywhere, protected everywhere.

    • GitHub

CI/CD pipeline. A push triggers the build and the deploy.

  4. 04

    Integration layer

Platforms we API into: your IP meets their data, products come out the other side

    • Google Sheets

Live data in, live readouts out. Operators already live here.

    • Stripe

Payments, subscriptions, metered billing wired in.

    • Supabase

Auth + realtime Postgres when the build calls for it.

    • DataForSEO

SERP intelligence, rankings and backlinks, piped into dashboards and automated reports.

    • Google Search Console

Organic performance data surfaced as actionable readouts.

    • Your Native Stack

Whatever platform runs your operation, we API into it.

  5. 05

    Implementation layer

Build-dependent tools added when the problem calls for them

    • Cal.com

Scheduling API. Bookings wired into the workflow automatically.

    • Retell AI

Voice agent infrastructure. Inbound calls handled by AI.

    • Google Maps

Location intelligence, routing, place data as a product layer.

    • n8n

Workflow automation. Connect anything to anything, on a schedule or a trigger.

Five layers. Zero shortcuts.

The build stack, at speed.

Five layers, same order, every build. The guardrail doesn't move. The part of your week that shouldn't exist anymore is whatever's happening on the other side of it.

The next step

Tell us the part of your week that should not exist anymore.

Describe the problem as it is. The 2Box Method cuts it in half: the data and the experience, and the workflow that connects them. The 3D system scopes it, prices it in writing, and ships it. You get a straight answer on the first call: a number, or an honest no.
