gavinbrookshq.com is operated by Gavin Brooks, trading as Gavin Brooks & Company, based in Nashville, Tennessee. Paddock20 (software and advisory) and PaddockGavin (car events, sourcing and consignment) are the two operating names the site directs to. Using this site, booking a Fit Call, or starting a car intake means you accept these terms.

The Fit Call is a paid, one-time working session, currently $249, booked and paid for on Paddock20’s own site. It is not a subscription: nothing renews, and no card is kept on file by this site. A written, fixed-price scope follows within two to three business days, or an honest no. That scope, once sent, is the agreement for any work that follows it, not this page.

PaddockGavin brokers exotic and luxury cars, retail or wholesale. Gavin Brooks is the broker, not the selling dealer. Every sale completes through a licensed dealer, on that dealer’s license and under its terms. Nothing submitted through the car intake form is an offer, and no deal is final until the selling dealer puts it in writing.

A broker fee, if any, is determined when the parties agree on the terms of the broker agreement, and disclosed to you in writing before you sign it. Submitting the intake form does not create a broker agreement by itself.

Vehicle details returned by the VIN decoder on the car intake form come from NHTSA’s public vPIC database, a third party this site does not control. That data can be incomplete or wrong for a given vehicle, and you are responsible for checking it before relying on it.

Figures, case studies and industry pages on this site describe real work, checked against Gavin’s own records at the time each page was written. They are not a guarantee of results for any other engagement. This site is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Tennessee or federal law.
