Event production and sponsorship
Event production and sponsorship for automotive and luxury audiences, under PaddockGavin: two Tires & Timepieces editions in Scottsdale, monthly collector mornings and the Piston Powered Ranch.

Event production and sponsorship, in plain terms.
Event production and sponsorship is the run of show, the ticketing and capacity plan, the vendors, and the money that pays for it. Sponsors buy access to an audience, so the prospectus states the audience and what each level receives, and a report after the event shows what happened.
A question buyers ask
How do you get event sponsors?
A prospectus that states what each level receives, tiers priced from exhibitor to presenting sponsor, and a report after every event in the same format.

A run of show, a sponsor prospectus with priced tiers, and an event summary after it: attendance, reach, cost per result and what to change next time.
No surprises.
What goes in a sponsorship prospectus?+
The audience and how it was measured, the dates and place, what each sponsor level receives, the price of each level, and how a sponsor reports back to their own team. Tiers usually run from exhibitor up to presenting sponsor.
What events has Gavin produced?+
The first was Denim & Diamonds on November 20, 2021. Since then: two editions of Tires & Timepieces in Scottsdale in 2023 (May 13 and October 28), monthly collector mornings at an exotic and luxury dealership through August 2026, private client evenings, and the Piston Powered Ranch collector car show on October 10, 2026, which is free to attend.
Tell us the bottleneck.
We’ll show you the machine.
